See the next 13 weeks of cash before it gets tight.
CashWeek is an Excel workbook that places open invoices by each customer’s learned average days late, spreads recurring payments across the quarter, and shows the lowest week, the first week below your minimum buffer, and how much top-up that implies.
One payment · .xlsx download · works offline in Excel / LibreOffice / Google Sheets import · not financial advice
What’s inside
Late-payment learning
Uses paid-invoice history (AVERAGEIFS) so each open invoice lands in the week cash is likely to arrive, not only the due date.
Recurring engine
Payroll, rent, tax, loans and software on “every N days” schedules are spread into the 13 weeks automatically.
Forecast dashboard
Receipts, payments by category, net flow, opening/closing cash, gap to minimum, charts and red/amber warnings.
Review flags
Invoices or bills that fall before week 1 or after week 13 are flagged so nothing silently disappears.
Real sample preview
From the invented sample data that ships in the workbook and is checked by the v1.0.0 test suite (LibreOffice recalculation vs an independent Python model):
- Closing cash for the sample is exactly 24,030 → … → −750 across weeks 1–13 (full series in the free CSV).
- First week below the minimum buffer: week 9.
- Lowest week: week 13.
- 1 overdue review item in the sample.
Open the sample forecast preview or download the free sample CSV. The paid ZIP contains the full cashweek-13-week-cash-forecast.xlsx with formulas (~3,000), seven sheets and two charts.
Limits (honest)
- Single currency. No tax engine. Results depend entirely on the inputs you type.
- Not financial, tax or investment advice.
- Verified by recalculating in LibreOffice and comparing with an independent model. Excel and Google Sheets chart/conditional-formatting visuals were not visually signed off in that suite.
- Many free 13-week templates exist (public agency and blog templates). Paid templates checked on 2026-11-05 included FinPack Studio at $19.99, Mesru Learning at $22, OZE and babadigit at $29, and Flevy at $45. CashWeek is priced at $12 because free competition is strong; you are paying for the late-payment placement, recurring engine and review flags in this workbook, not for a promise of results.

Questions
Does the workbook send my numbers anywhere?
No. It is a local .xlsx file. Open it in Excel, LibreOffice or import it into Google Sheets on your own account. There is no CashWeek server and no telemetry in the file.
What do I get after paying?
A ZIP with the workbook, README and LICENSE. Delivery is manual after USDT (TRC20) or PayPal payment and the order email: an unlisted download link, usually within 24 hours.
Will this prevent a cash crunch?
No tool can promise that. It only projects the numbers you enter. Bad inputs produce a misleading forecast.
Refunds?
If the workbook does not work as described and we cannot fix it, write within 14 days for a refund. See the terms.
